I parked my car here during an overseas trip. When the hotel employee went to retrieve my car a loud noise was heard and when they showed up the bumper was damaged. They refused to admit they damaged it and were extremely rude and defensive. This obviously happens a lot. I make a report to the police but nothing could be done. The police seem to know them well. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE!! These people are possibly criminal and definitely bad news. Now I think I know why the car radio station was changed on my previous stays.

Cons: A criminal experiance

I apology for report like this, i don't feel comfortable to write on this. and I need to tell you honest.This hotel manager or floor supervise is not nice. does not help me to move other room.When I enter the room is odor real bad. I think Smoke mold. I don't know.I deiced to went other hotel. I did not get refund from them.
